Welcome To Motherwell District Childminding Group

Motherwell District Childminding Group is for all childminders who offer their service in and around Motherwell.

It was set up in 1980 to help local Childminders and was formed by a group of Childminders to represent and support Childminding throughout Lanarkshire.

Our Committee represent Childminders at meetings and conferences to ensure equality and fairness.

We are helping to shape the future of Childminding by lobbying both the SCMA and Early Years on a variety of issues.

We support families by providing resources and information to make their childcare choices easier.

We support local Childminders to promote themselves and their business locally to find families searching for childcare in their area.
